All the credit for this challenge goes to, Dawn, a moderator of the group The Lost Challenges, who created this challenge and who graciously allowed us to use it here. Thanks you! :D
______________________________________________________

For this challenge you will pick one of your favorite authors to start a chain of authors to read.

Enter your author in the . This will pull up a list of similar authors. The closer to the center the closer the writing styles.

Start your chain by reading a book from your first author, then a book from an author close to your first chosen author. To make the next link revisit the Literature Map and enter your second author, choose an author close to them and continue the chain, trying as many authors as you can. However if you see an author you would like to read a book from and they are further away from the author you put in, don't worry about it and use that author if you'd like.

Hopefully this will expand our reading horizons just a bit.

You can post your books as you go or you can create your whole list in one sitting and cross off the book as you read them (however you do not have to read them in order on your list of you don't want to). The choice is yours.

There is no time limit to this challenge and you may repeat it as many times as you want.

Have Fun!

Here is the link to the literature map:

Teri-K I've made a commitment to read more new-to-me books this year, so this challenge will help. Plus I think playing around with the literature map is fun. lol I'll start with a different genre than I'm using in the other challenge and try to only pick new-to-me authors, or at least books I haven't read before.
I found I couldn't read all one type of book so I'm picking two different authors for two different threads. I hope that's OK.
