I thought to myself, if there is an upside to stress, I would like to know about it. I'm glad I decided to give it a chance! If you like the nonfiction book Mindset, you will like this book. I do not want to make light of the many challenges people face and neither does the author. However, if you do face challenges, why not make the most of them? It is through challenges and stress that we grow and as we overcome our difficulties, we can feel a great sense of success! I think this is a particularly timely book because so many people are disabled by the stress in their lives. This is also a great book for parents because parents can help their children by teaching them how to effectively deal with stress. This would be an excellent book for book club because people would enjoy discussing it. ...more
