365 question: Anyone else remember the interwebs before it was a web? I remember hitting it before there were graphical browsers!

Yes, used to use Gopher from the U of Minnesota for research and BBS sites for fun. My hubby and I met on a MUD.
Oh yes. I sort of miss the old days. One of the boards I was on had a game called Food Fight that was a lot of fun at the time. No graphics, just a sort of strategy driven fight game. I'm sure it would probably bore me to tears now, but I remember spending hours playing it...when I could get my roommates off the computer!
When I was in college, we tried using it to play D&D with friends in other colleges. I stopped into the computer pod all the time, but we still got nowhere...
We played on E.B.B.(electronic bulletin board). I had friends play "Red Dragon'. That was 20 years ago!
