I read this in 2019, likely published a few years earlier. I believe the publisher was scholastic. The main character was a white girl in her early teens. The plot mostly revolved around her relationships with her brother, parents and best friends.
The cover had the tittle in bold font and the picture was two girls sitting together with their knees pulled up. The image was cropped and didn't show any faces.
