Zermeena | 333 comments I read The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna . I thought it was overrated and gave it 3 stars. The story was predictable and blah. And I found the title somewhat misleading.

I also listened to Circle of Quilters Circle of Quilters (Elm Creek Quilts, #9) by Jennifer Chiaverini for the third time. This is book I love and reread for a challenge. It is always good to visit the Elm Creek quilters and spend time with them. This series inspired me to learn how to quilt.

Overall, this was an entertaining story with compelling characters, excellent world-building, and some unique differences in the magic system. It's a little slow in places and has lots of trigger warnings listed at the front of the book.

Wait until you read the incredible conclusion!
