The two layers of Sponge has lovely fresh Apple pieces and soft juicy Sultanas in it plus a generous sprinkle of Cinnamon too and they are sandwiched together with a lovely light and fresh Vanilla flavoured Buttercream. It also has a thin layer of Buttercream on top with just a light sprinkling of Cinnamon flavoured Crumble scattered over it, Anita ;o>

Hi folks - thanks for picking up my errors - glad you're all paying attention! I'm having problems with my mouse. Don't know if it's worn out or if it's a software problem. Very annoying! Anyway, I hope I've corrected the mistakes now.

Yeah..i must admit...I'm starting to root for them too Nick, since my team seems to have lost their playing ability judging by last week's dreadful performance. In fact, i think they lost the players, the ball, even the blerdy plot as far as i can tell....they may as well have lost everything!
