The YA Book Club discussion

Hello everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well. Recently I have read 'Girl with a Pearl Earring' by Tracy Chevalier and after reading I watched the movie. Although, the movie and book were not all of the same, I was trying to find the plot twist in both the movie adaptation and in the book? Is there a plot twist to begin with? I somehow can not identify the plot twist in the book or the movie, so any help would be fine. Thank you!
