That looks like a title that needs a correction as in Neon Genesis Evangelion Vol. 7: Man's Fight and Neon Genesis Evangelion #7: La Lucha de un Hombre

As far as I can see, there is no significant difference between the title/subtitle of the edition I'm planning to read and those you linked. Comparing the one I linked, which is a Portuguese edition, with the English one, the differences seem to be:
- the "#ESP", meaning "especial", referring to a manga's certain format of publication (here in Brazil we have 2 major formats for this kind of publication);
- the absence of colon after the indication of the volume, which was exchanged by the comma.
Thus, if I had to suggest a correction, it would be: Neon Genesis Evangelion, ESP, Volume 7: A Luta de um Homem (which still counts for 11 words using the challenge's rule for word counting, considering the spaces, as I understand it).

From FAQs
3. If a task call for author's initials, can I use an author who uses only one name?
If the task does not specify, the author must use two or more names.

Yes, I did read that from the FAQs and interpreted that as a reference to a task that is asking for all author initials to be found. Since this task is asking for one initial, it wasn't clear to me that it applied here. Thank you for your response.
