This thread lists and itemizes all books read and discussed as part of the Napoleonic War Series which is also part of the Military Series listings. We will cross reference where the threads for the discussion are housed in both spots.

This thread will also list the books completed, those currently being discussed and planned for discussion as part of the Napoleonic War Series and Military Series.

This thread will also show the results of all polls and will identify new polls that relate to the Napoleonic War Series.

Some books will belong to other Series as well.

The following book (Master and Commander) belongs to quite a few series as follows:

Napoleonic War Series
Historical Fiction Series
European History Series
World History and World Non Fiction Series
Naval History Series
Military Series

This was a book that was read, discussed and completed in the History Book Club.

It is an historical fiction book but it is quite accurate regarding the events of the war. If you have not read this series - you are missing out.
