Generally, a person is notable if they have been the subject of published secondary source material which is reliable, intellectually independent, and independent of the subject.

So any web presence makes the notablity grade, or is it specific sites, like that one?
reliable, intellectually independent, and independent of the subjectWhich is a judgment call, of course, but that site appears to meet those guidelines.

Out of interest, do we have a list of "reliable sources" in the way of the acceptable-sources for covers list? I don't think we do. Would one be useful?

Some books has Banksy as the author of /quotes/6750...
/quotes/7204... appears to be from Michael Jordan
But are 107 others and probably author can't be found for all of them.
I've added a brief bio but in the absence of any works, is this person notable enough to have quotes on 카지노싸이트?
