message 1: by Andrea (new)

Andrea | 60 comments Thought I'd start this so we can let each other know when books are on offer :) I usually read ebooks (don't judge - cheaper and they don't take up space in my already full shelf!) and am in the UK, so here's what I've seen on offer (on Kobo and Google Play):
£0.99 - The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers - 4.18 on GR
£0.99 - Dark Matter by Blake Crouch - 4.11 on GR
£0.99 - American Gods by Neil Gaiman - 4.11 on GR
£0.99 - Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard - 4.08 on GR
£0.99 - Rebel of the Sands by Alwyn Hamilton - 3.96 on GR
Anyone seen anything else?

Meg Chambers | 5 comments There's a great bookstore by me that has a selection of books for £2, £3 or £4 and it's great! Send me a pm if you're in the West Midlands and I'll tell you about it as don't want to give everyone my location☺️

Drakeryn | 36 comments The Foxhole Court is permanently (as far as I know) free on Amazon.
The Collector is also free right now. It's a sci-fi novella with a cyberpunk-ish aesthetic. It works fine standalone, but there's also a series if you want more.

Drakeryn | 36 comments Tor.com is doing a free giveaway of the first four Murderbot books over the next four days. Here's the link:

Murderbot is basically an icon of our times (stays home, binge-watches TV shows, will save people's lives in times of crisis but plz do not expect him to socially interact afterwards he will literally die) so this is pretty cool.

One Book-Per-Day Will Be Available:

Monday, April 20: All Systems Red (Book 1)

Tuesday, April 21: Artificial Condition (Book 2)

Wednesday, April 22: Rogue Protocol (Book 3)

Thursday, April 23: Exit Strategy (Book 4)
