I thought this was a great quick holiday read. I loved the characters and the storyline. I thought the ending was rushed but I still really enjoyed it.

Maggie a widow meets Mark an uncle who just became the legal guardian to his sisters daughter, Holly, after a tragic accident. Lisa Kleypas's beautiful writing takes us through the trials of Mark adjusting to life with a child then falling in love and waiting for Maggie to give herself a second chance at love.

I loved the characters and really felt what they were feeling. I found myself tearing up when Holly finally spoke her first words. Can't wait to read on in this series.
