This story followed Jack and Annie. They both woke up early the next day because they still couldn't believe they had an amazing adventure back in dinosaur time. They couldn't wait to start another adventure so they sneaked out early this time.
This time Annie made a wish to her favorite place! Jack wanted to be prepared before entering a new place but Annie wanted to explore. While Jack studied the book, Annie ran into the castle, following the path of the knight. Jack couldn't do anything but run after her.
They were caught by the guards carrying a torch. They were being marched down into the dungeon until Annie thought to use something from Jack's backpack that will amaze and even scared the guards. They were able to use that distraction to escape and run for their lives.

Super excited to read the rest of the series!
This story followed Annie and Jack's adventure. The siblings were playing in the woods near home when Annie discovered the tree house. Annie climbed up the ladder and was amazed. She coaxed Jack to come up by telling him there were loads of books especially one of dinosaurs. He couldn't help it but climbed up too.
As they were looking at the books in the tree house, Jack was excited about the dinosaurs in the book that he said aloud about wishing to see them in real life. The wind came out of nowhere and the tree spins. Next thing they knew, they started seeing dinosaurs! They seemed to go back in time to 65 million years ago when dinosaurs live. Jack took notes in his notebook about dinosaurs. They often refer to the dinosaur book to learn about it as they stumbled upon more dinosaurs.
An excellent adventure for kids. A great book! I love the sibling story.

Great audiobook! I enjoyed the Julian story. It explained his bullying and the connection to his grandma. Good thing I listened to White Bird before lGreat audiobook! I enjoyed the Julian story. I see that Julian can't help being a bully. His parents sounded like a bully. His parents are strong minded people.
Chris story was okay. Him being friends with Auggie and the stares he gets being around him. Him wanting to be friends with other kids because it's easy to friends with them.
Charlotte story was good. A lesson on being nice. Friendship story for girls.
The narrators did a good job.

This story followed Cool Bean at Christmas. There's a holiday party in town and he's not feeling festive enough to go. But to see everyone, he goes. At the Christmas party, everyone has to pick out a name from the hat to join in the Christmas gift exchange. He feels weary to have picked the most popular girl bean. He knows the presents everyone will love but it cost a lot of money and he can't afford it. He goes on a treasure hunt but all things he finds he knows she will not be happy to receive. He was about to go into hiding and forego the gift exchange when he thought of a good idea. He was excited as he walked to the party with his gift. When he arrived, he saw other gifts were bigger and stacked high that he had second thoughts about his gift. He felt worse when others opened their presents and squealed with delight. He was planning to escape unnoticed when his present was being opened and the girl bean's reaction was silent. But then she spoke up and it wasn't what he was expecting.
I feel the same way with cool bean about gift exchange that's why I normally don't do gift exchange.
