Perhaps it was because I was sick, but I’ve listened to this book for a day and a half and ended up finishing the whole thing. It hits different now, three years later (first attempt to read this book was August 2021), with Covid a fact of life but not as seemingly lethal. That’s probably wishful thinking as a new variant can always mutate in a more deadly manner. So, all that to say this book was much more interesting to learn about the science behind crispr and the covid vaccines.
