What Members Thought
An interesting read - particularly as I'm traveling through Thailand, and have seen both Th. Khao San and Maya Beach (which was used as the beach in the film adaptation). Reading this provoked some interesting thoughts for me: how do people handle travel, what the travel communities are like, and how people individually consider paradise, and what would you do to find - and keep - your personal paradise intact?

A really nice and interesting plot, that can't make you guess what's following! A page-turner book for sure!

Really enjoyed the originality of this until the last few pages. The violence was just too graphic for me in that conclusion which made it more a 3.5 star book.
