"I was really into this until the last two chapters about getting men into health and education careers and totally equalizing father paternal leave and mother maternity leave even into the teen years when fathers are so important. I am fiscally conservative and it just seems like a bad idea to force companies to do stuff like this. I will need some time to process these ideas. But I really appreciate him writing this book and sharing so much research and well-thought-out ideas. Glad I read it. Particularly interesting to read directly following Nancy Pearcey’s “The Toxic War on Masculinity.” No one needs to convince me there is a boy crisis and SOMETHING needs to be done…I have two teenage sons and two teenage daughters and the contrast between how well the two genders are doing is significant in every way no doubt due to one gender having the total applause of our culture and the other having the disdain of our culture. "
