I enjoyed this book by debut author Rebecca Kennedy. The characters were well described and I was interested in them. I especially enjoyed that the story was told from both Maresa and Borden’s point of view, which meant I could understand both of their experiences. The pacing was just right as while it was centred on the ship, it didnt’t feel like events were happening too quickly for the setting. The final chapter of the book completed the story as it showed us the characters outside the environment that brought them together. ]]>
