had to stop reading in the middle for like two months bc i got broken up with and had to take a mental break (lmao) and it made me realize some things.... this book is cringy as hell on its own, but it's one of the better ones in the series, mainly because of sin's slowburn arc. if i hadn't taken that break i think i would've loved it more. but coming back to it after awhile everything became so cringy unfortunately

the most beautiful love story about two people who deserve to be loved the most. my lenny and miles💌

from the first moment, lenny broke my heart. I couldn't fully relate to her situation, but I could relate to her pain, especially the way she reacted to it; putting on a performance and breaking down in secret when the day was over, not having enough energy just to brush your hair.

seeing lenny struggle was hard, but also cathartic in a way because it made you feel not alone. I was rooting for her so hard.

and so was the most incredible man to ever exist, miles. the kindest, most selfless man on earth !!! who wanted nothing but to give the best he could offer to the most important people in his life, even though they didn't understand him.

lenny and miles changed each other's lives in the most monumental way. miles dragged her out of hell and lenny was the most loyal person to miles. they became what each other needed. it was like they grabbed each other's hand one day and just.. never let go.

they were literally made for each other. an actual example of each other's missing puzzle piece. lenny understood miles in a way no one ever did. miles was so patient with lenny, he promised to be there for her day and night, and he kept it.

this book was everything. it was sad, but also funny, and extremely romantic. the side characters were wholesome, and every moment in it meant something. everything that happened drove the story forward and there was no boring parts. I was lost in lenny and miles' world and I wish I didn't have to leave. it felt like I was healing right alongside them, and I felt so light when it finished.

lenny and miles, thank you for letting me be in your universe even just for a little while ❤️💌
