Learn with your toddler all about our amazing planet, Earth, and the things we can do to make it more healthy, sustainable, and even more beautiful. An engaging collection of illustrations teaching children all about the amazing planet we live on and the things we can do to make Earth more healthy, sustainable, and even more beautiful. Have fun reading with your child as you come across letters such as A for activist, C for compost, E for energy, and O for oxygen. Illustrator Greg Paprocki’s popular BabyLit alphabet board books feature his classically retro midcentury art style that’s proven to be a hit with both toddlers and adults.
Jack borrowed this book from the Ashland Public Library.
It is the fourth we have read in this series, and I love them more with each new book. The vocabulary is quirky and creative, and the illustrations are incredibly detailed with tons to discover in each image.
Has not been overly interested in them yet, but I tried to point out things that would excite him, such as when I find cats in the pictures. I hope we can return them when he starts to learn the alphabet and he will enjoy them more then.
Loved this book! Awesome illustrations! It's an ABC book that goes through each letter of the alphabet that in my opinion, stuff that is related to Earth Day. I think it would be a great book to read for Earth Day for a toddler or a preschooler to look through. It has very diverse illustrations too and I loved seeing that.
This is a cute little book for toddlers to read. Early toddlers cannot follow the words however. I just ended up pointing at the multiple illustrations.
Gorgeous illustrations that are engaging. Good theme. I appreciate that it includes things like "dams" and "energy" and not all of the representative words are obvious go-tos. No complaints.
Greg Paprocki's illustrations are always a treat, and the choices made for each letter were on point. This is one of my favorites out of his alphabet series (the national parks one is the absolute best).
