We Are Warned: The Prophecies of Marie-Julie Jahenny

Rate this book
Marie-Julie, the eldest of five children, was born on February 12th, 1850 in Blain, close to La Fraudais in Brittany, France. Her parents, Charles and Marie Boya Jahenny, were pious, hard-working peasants; little did they know that their first child would be chosen by Heaven for a special mission: to spread the love of the Cross, to make sacrifices and suffer for the salvation of sinners, to prepare the world for the prophesied chastisements, and to announce once again the coming of the Great Monarch and the Angelic Pontiff who would restore the glory of Christendom in an unprecedented and miraculous manner.

An approved Catholic sitgmatist, she received numererous vistations from the Sacred Heart, Our Lady, St. Joseph, St. Michael, St. Ann, and many others too numerous to name who taught her the power of suffering for the salvation of souls. She was also told details of future events, many of her predictions concern the chastisements that would befall France first then the rest of the world due to the depravity of sin: strange weather patterns, famines, earthquakes, a blood rain lasting several weeks, revolutions, the slaughter of Christians, especially in Paris, which would eventually be destroyed. Her visions included warnings conerning new diseases and plagues that would strike the earth, and also elaborate details on the Three Days of Darkness and the signs that would preceed them, details that were not disclosed by other mystics in the Catholic Church. Marie-Julie was also shown the various remedies and the introduction of new sacramentals that would help protect the faithful during these dark times. As Christ said to her on several occasions, "I want My people to be warned."

E.A. Bucchianeri hails from the old Wild West, Virginia City, Nevada to be precise. A town made famous by its gold and silver mines, the Bonanza TV series, and Mark Twain who immortalized his experiences as a miner, journalist, and writer's blocked editor for the local paper in his autobiography "Roughing It". She later moved to Co. Tipperary Ireland, finished High School there at Loreto Academy and graduated from University College Cork. While classical music and musicology was her major, she loves to write. When not roughing through a case of writer's block, the author enjoys writing non-fiction. When the author is suffering that dreaded affliction, drowning in chocolate is the next best thing.

Bucchianeri currently lives in Fatima, Portugal. Vocation of a Gadfly is her second fiction novel, Book Two of the Gadfly Saga.

I believe everything that Marie Julie Jahenny has indicated that our Lord and our Blessed mother Mary have revealed to her. These prophecies are now coming true in our time and I have started with my 54 rosaries after the holy week of prayer revealed to Fiar Elias and his companions. I only regret that I did not discover this information. I only regret that I did not discover this information until the end of the month of June. My husband and I are preparing our house for the end of times, but I know that I did not do enough to serve our Lord before the end of this time and the current coronavirus that has come throughout the world with Satan's influence.

There is no doubt about the TRUTHS in this book. I have recently just started reading The Book of Heaven, and from reading and listening to commentaries about it, it transpires that our Lord was appearing to three (as far as I have looked into) victim souls in simultaneously - Marie-Julie Jahenny (1850-1941) Saint Faustina of the Divine Mercy (1905-1938) & Luisa Picarretta, author of the Book of Heaven (1850-1941). Coincidence? No such thing as coincidence with God. Everything happens for and with a purpose. I am no theological expert or anything but if you connect these 3 victim souls and seriously look into what Our Lord has revealed to each one of them, and ask the Lord to reveal to you the connection He will gladly tell you.

We are living in end times but the solution is not to be afraid but to trust in God's Divine Mercy and to live in His Divine Will. The chastisement is what deserved by mankind BUT it is to save souls. . .the physical bodies can always and easily be re-created by God Who creates out of nothing, but a soul will be forever lost. And that's why Jesus said it will happen otherwise many more will be influenced/convinced/deceived etc to go along with all the evil that is going -- evil these days have now been presented and/or perceived as good, and good as evil. And sadly, very sadly ... many people ride along with this. May the mercy of God rest upon us all.

🖍️ This is quite a long book at 591 pages. I found this an interesting biography with even more interesting prophecies told by Marie-Julie Jahenny. One of the important points to note is that the Purple Scapular she promoted is not approved by the Church but by Jahenny's bishop (my source is The Fatima Center . .

I would hesitate to dismiss these as "retarded nonsense" as some of the other reviews say. I would not recommend this volume, however, as it is badly translated, formatted, and edited. I would instead read "Prophecies of LA Fraudais" in paper back. It has similar issues but has a better translation. If you can believe it.
